The pipeline

Eight phases. You agree at each one.

One phase at a time. Everything saved to files. Draft before judgment, audit before score, and at most three revision passes per gate. Say "go to the end" and it finishes without stopping.

Earlier versions caught problems but let the system grade its own prose and polish toward the evaluator. 6.0 keeps the durable files and adds critics who never see the plan, the target or earlier scores.

The rubric tells revision what to fix; four blind readers decide whether the book holds the audience it was written for. Both come after the audit. It measures craft risk, not sales.

The floor principle. A book is only as strong as its weakest major dimension. Brilliant prose does not save a broken opening. A killer hook does not save dead pacing.
